
Drenched in lore, T-Bone is one of the most prized cuts of beef and is known as the King of Steaks for its high quality and distinctive flavour. Cooked on the bone in sizzling fast heat, a T-Bone is the undisputed centrepiece of any table.
Our 100% Angus T-Bones are the cream of the crop, crafted from grass fed beef and dry aged in the traditional way for at least 14 days. They are hand-cut to order by master butchers in our shop, and the result is an undeniably superlative steak.
