Our Irish beef is grass-fed, dry-aged, and hand-cut by Master Butchers.
Our Irish lamb is reared in the open freedom of rambling mountainsides.
Our Irish pork is cured and matured by local, Irish producers.
And our Irish turkey and chicken is slow-raised and free-range.

All of our prime meat is sourced from native family farmers and artisan producers to be
crafted by our Master Butchers and Fresh Food Creators.
