I\'ve used this mince for burgers and bolognese with great results. The flavour is rich, texture silky and is in a class of its own when it comes to beef mince. We love it!

I love the synergies of the world! My husband and I\'d just read about someone trying to raise Wagyu cows on an island in Ireland, the very next day an aunt in America told us she\'d enjoyed the BEST burger she\'d ever eaten - Wagyu beef and then to find James Whelan\'s online shop and here\'s Wagyu mince! We had to try it! I make our burgers with mince - only adding seasonings. This mince was beautiful to form into patties, it held its shape really well with little shrinkage, while I shaped the patties I could see just how rich the fat was and I could feel the creaminess of the fat on my skin, I would describe the texture as velvety. The mince has a different aroma to the usual mince bought in shops or other butcher\'s and the flavour reminds me of organic beef we received from a friend who raises Kerry cows - filled with nutrients. We\'ll be treating ourselves again when ordering lard and tallow. Thank you.
