
One of our most popular joints, this pure Angus beef on the bone may be the perfect roast. The delicate marbeling of fat makes this cut perfect for slow roasting and produces excellent flavour - our customers rave about it.
A joint cooked on the bone is always more flavoursome. You can serve this roast with the bone in and cut it like steaks, or you can remove the bone after cooking and slice like a standard roasting joint.
