  2. How to Participate

    • Participation in the competition is free, and no purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.
    • To enter, participants must correctly answer the competition question relating to James Whelan Butchers’ most recently opened shop and submit their entry via the online entry form.
    • Existing subscribers who have already submitted a correct entry will be automatically included and are not required to take any further action.
  3. Eligibility

    • The competition is open to all residents of Ireland, aged 18 or older.
    • Employees of James Whelan Butchers, their immediate families, and any third party directly involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate.
  4. Entry Conditions

    • Participants may submit as many entries as they like.
  5. Winner Selection

    • Winners will be selected by James Whelan Butchers from all correct entries received during the competition period, including eligible entries from existing subscribers.
    • The decision of James Whelan Butchers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Winner Notification

    • Winners will be contacted by the James Whelan Butchers office in Clonmel.
    • If a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
  7. Prize Delivery

    • Prizes will be delivered to winners within 21 days of receiving the required details.
  8. Publicity

    • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and/or image in promotional material by James Whelan Butchers without additional compensation.
  9. Liability

    • James Whelan Butchers accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond our control.
    • Participants enter the competition at their own risk, and James Whelan Butchers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
