A Celebration of Tipperary’s Finest
Long Table Dinner at Cashel Palace with our Tipperary Food Producers.
On a soft Friday evening in mid-August, the magnificent Cashel Palace Hotel opened its doors to what can only be called one of the great gatherings in Tipperary’s food calendar. With the ancient Rock of Cashel watching over, more than thirty artisan food producers came together to share a table, a story, and the fruits of their craft. It was a night steeped in tradition yet brimming with fresh ideas – a true celebration of what our county has to offer.
Tipperary on a Plate
Within the elegant halls of the Palace, guests were welcomed as though into a family home, every course telling its own tale of place and people. The menu was a journey through our fields and kitchens: hand-prepared cheeses, breads with a crust that sang of the oven, preserves bursting with summer sweetness, and meats crafted with care by local hands. From farm to fork, the Long Table Dinner reminded us of the strength of our community – a network of producers who carry forward the flavour and pride of Tipperary.
