
Our rind on pork loin is left on the bone which keeps the meat tender and juicy through the cooking process. This rind on pork loin comes 'French Trimmed' which makes for easy carving once cooked. Our rind on pork is sourced from Crowe Farm Meats, Gurtussa, Dundrum, Co.Tipperary where the animals are allowed to forage and mature in a natural environment.
