
Our succulent sideloin lamb chops are part of a really tasty mid-week meal that can be on the table in 20 minutes. Season with some sea salt and ground black pepper. Add some fresh rosemary and thyme to the pan and fry. When these are cooked these wholesome Tipperary chops will be tender, juicy and light - there's nothing better.
