Nestled within Dunnes Stores beautiful, new Patrick Street Food Hall, it delivers an elevated and contemporary experience embraced in an environment of native tradition and intricate skill.
Eolas is the Irish word for knowledge, but in the Eolas Room it also brings know-how.
During your glimpse behind the glass, our Executive Butchers will showcase the magic, the wonder, the finest cuts, the flavours of the moment, and the know-how to select and cook the perfect serves.
