Dry Cured Streaky Rashers - Green
These lean and tender green streaky rashers are a firm family favourite for traditional Irish breakfasts. A great serving suggestion is to fry them up in a little sunflower oil and sandwich between two slices of fresh bread with a few leaves of iceberg lettuce, a dollup of mayo and some plump tomatoes to create the ultimate BLT!
