Spring Rack of Lamb
This tender, sweet Spring Rack of Lamb comes direct from our farm in Garrentemple. We take tremendous pride in our naturally reared, wholesome Tipperary Spring lamb with its deep red colour and remarkably sweet, grass-fed taste.
