We are really proud of our unique Irish Wagyu Beef. Born, reared and matured on our Tipperary farm.
Whether you choose to cook these beauties on a BBQ, grill or frying pan, they simply need to be seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked for a few minutes on each side. For a delicious finish, combine some butter and freshly crushed garlic to melt over the top - just remove your steak, put on the butter and let it rest (and melt!) for three minutes before serving.
