Dry Cured Smoked Streaky Rashers

Our traditionally cured streaky bacon with that subtle smoked taste and rind-on for extra crispiness.

There are so many ways to use these rashers - Great tossed in a salad or served with a traditional irish breakfast. They are even great wrapped around your joint of meat while roasting.
