Spring Lamb Grill Sticks

These are a real treat any time of year and a great hit with everyone.  These grillsticks, or sometimes referred to as “Lamb Koftas” make the everyday a little more exotic. Our master butchers have seasoned the lamb mince and blended it with sea salt, celery, leek, cress, onion rosemary & thyme. All of this is rounded out with sweet mint. Great to serve with summer salads, or great from the stick and a mint dipping sauce.
