<\/a><\/p>\nPrize:<\/strong><\/p>\n Each Finalist wins a BBQ and the overall winner also gets Free Meat for 1 year to the value of \u20ac1000.00<\/p>\n What is involved in this competition?<\/strong><\/p>\n Themes:<\/strong><\/p>\n 4th<\/sup> July:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Independence Day \u2013 American Theme<\/p>\n 11th<\/sup> July:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Locally Sourced Produce Theme<\/p>\n 18th<\/sup> July:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Traditionally Irish<\/p>\n 25th<\/sup> July:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be Creative Theme (You on a Plate)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How to Enter:<\/strong><\/p>\n If you would like to enter this competition please send us a picture of your best BBQ Dish or a picture of the BBQ dish of the person you are entering and let us know which \u2018theme\u2019 <\/strong>you prefer from the above list.<\/p>\n The 16 contestants to take part in the BBQ Idol Competition will be chosen from all the entrants\u00a0 by our Judging Panel. <\/p>\n Details of the BBQ Qualifier:<\/strong><\/p>\n On the Day of the Theme that you have chosen, each contestant will be give 20 minutes to source their ingredients from James Whelan Butchers and Dunnes Stores.<\/p>\n The contestant will be given 20 minutes to prepare their \u00a0ingredients and outline to the judges the Dish they are going to create.<\/p>\n Each contestant will be interviewed live on air by Tipp Fm at each of the above stages.<\/p>\n There will be 45 Minutes then to BBQ your chosen dish which will then be tasted by our judges.<\/p>\n A winner will be selected from each day of the Qualifiers and will go forward to take part in The BBQ Finale on the 1st<\/sup> August.<\/p>\n Grand Finale:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1st<\/sup> August\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create a BBQ Platter<\/p>\n All 4 winners\u00a0 from the previous 4 weeks will \u2018Cook Off\u2019 on the BBQ to be crowned the King or Queen Of the BBQ!<\/p>\n No-one goes away empty handed \u2013 all 4 finalists take home their BBQ and the overall winner also receives \u20ac1000.00 of meat.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Terms & Conditions:<\/p>\n Entrants must be 18+.
