When it is cool, remove the skin and place the pulp in a sieve and squeeze out the liquid.<\/p>\n<p>Place the mashed aubergine pulp into a bowl and add all other the ingredients and combine well. Refrigerate until ready to serve<\/p>\n<p>Traditionally the lamb meat balls and a dollop of the dip are placed on flat bread and rolled to enjoy as a wrap. The flat bread can be dry heated in a frying pan. Alternatively, pitta bread which has been heated works well.
