As it is cooked without any added fat or oil, it\u2019s also a healthy option for the diet conscious.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Meat-Loaf.pdf\">Meat Loaf &#8211; Printer Friendly Download<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/proddetail.php?prod=6104\">500g\/1 lb best beef mince<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/proddetail.php?prod=6413\">250 g\/ 8 oz pork sausage meat<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 large onion finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves garlic finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>To Cook<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Pre-heat the oven to 180\u00b0C\/350\u00b0F\/Gas Mark 4.\u00a0 Using just half of the breadcrumbs put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Lightly grease a loaf tin and then press the meat mix into it.\u00a0 Now press in the remaining bread crumbs.\u00a0 Cover the tin with aluminium foil.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, form the mixture into a loaf shape and roll in the breadcrumbs and wrap in aluminium foil.\u00a0 Place in a baking dish and into the oven for 1 \u00bd hours.\u00a0 If cooking in the tin, remove the foil 30 minutes before the cooking time is up to brown the top.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>We hope you enjoyed reading this post by Pat Whelan of James Whelan Butchers.
