The \u00a0La Fromagerie is run by Patricia and Danny Michelson and\u00a0as the name suggests, they specialize in farmhouse cheeses and have been doing so since opening their first shop in 1992. La Fromagerie opened their second shop in 2002 and both shops feature\u00a0cheese maturing cellars with on-site\u00a0affinage and their signature walk in\u00a0<a title=\"baked goods\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lafromagerie.co.uk\/about-us\/cheese-room\/\">cheese rooms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/lafromagerie.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4656\" title=\"La Fromagerie\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/lafromagerie.jpg\" alt=\"La Fromagerie\" width=\"835\" height=\"195\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/lafromagerie.jpg 835w, https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/lafromagerie-300x70.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/lafromagerie-500x116.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 835px) 100vw, 835px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This event promises to be a fabulous evening celebrating exceptional artisan producer&#8217;s passion for food with a delicious supper of Autumn fare. On the night, I will be talking about my book &#8220;An Irish Butcher Shop&#8221; and will be sharing my knowledge of animals, butchery and cooking meat. I will also explain how each cut of meat requires a certain method of cooking, focusing in particular on getting more bang for your buck with less fashionable cuts of meat.
