I think we have to look at the mainstream technology that&#8217;s available to us today and make it work in a relevant way for our unique businesses. It&#8217;s not about significant financial investment, it&#8217;s about being clever, identifying an opportunity and then using everyday business tools to cease and maximize that opportunity.
