We have used sideloin\/centreloin chops but the recipe works equally well with any type of lamb chops, cutlets or lamb steaks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Sideloin_Centreloin-Lamb-Chops-with-Parsley-and-Thyme-Dressing.pdf\"><strong>Sideloin\/Centreloin Lamb Chops&#8230; &#8211; Printer Friendly Download<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/proddetail.php?prod=6209\">sideloin lamb chops<\/a> or\u00a08 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/proddetail.php?prod=6207\">centreloin lamb chops<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tablesp. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tablesp. fresh thyme leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Parsley and Thyme Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-5 tablesp. fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tablesp. fresh thyme leaves<\/li>\n<li>Juice and zest of \u00bd lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>150mls olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Serves: 4<\/p>\n<h2>To Cook<\/h2>\n<p>Drizzle the olive oil over the chops, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle on the the thyme leaves.\u00a0 Heat a pan or barbecue and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until golden.\u00a0Combine the dressing ingredients and serve with the lamb.<\/p>\n<p>We hope you enjoyed reading this post by Pat Whelan of James Whelan Butchers.
