Try this tasty recipe the next time you have an informal meet up with your friends to watch the match.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Steak-Sandwiches-with-Chilli-Butter.pdf\"><strong>Steak Sandwiches with Chilli Butter &#8211; Printer Friendly Download<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 x 100g (4 oz) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/proddetail.php?prod=6119\">Minute Steaks<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 red peppers, deseeded and cut into thick slices<\/li>\n<li>2 red onions, peeled and cut into thick slices<\/li>\n<li>Salt and lots of black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 tablesp. Balsamic or wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tablesp. oil<\/li>\n<li>Mixed leaves<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>French stick or ciabatta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Chilli Butter<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50g (2 oz) butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 chilli, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n<li>Parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Serves: 4<\/p>\n<h2>To Cook<\/h2>\n<p>Combine the Chilli Butter ingredients and store in fridge until ready to serve. Season the steaks, red peppers and onions with salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar &amp; oil.<\/p>\n<p>Place the vegetables on the hot barbecue or grill, then add the steaks. Do this in two lots if the barbecue or grill is over-crowded.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the leaves with a little oil, lemon juice and seasoning.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the bread lengthways, fill with the leaves, grilled vegetables, steak and top with butter.<\/p>\n<p>We hope you enjoyed reading this post by Pat Whelan of James Whelan Butchers.
