It is easy to prepare and takes literally minutes to cook.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Stir-Fry-Steak-with-Grean-Beans-and-Chilli.pdf\"><strong>Stir Fry Steak with Grean Beans and Chilli &#8211; Printer Friendly Download<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 tables. oil<\/li>\n<li>100g (4 oz) green beans, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 onion, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 red pepper, sliced<\/li>\n<li>2-3 cloves garlic, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 large red chilli, chopped<\/li>\n<li>450g (1 lb) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jameswhelanbutchers.com\/proddetail.php?prod=6116\">boneless\u00a0sirloin steak<\/a>, thinly sliced and cut into finger-size strips<\/li>\n<li>1 tablesp. oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tablesp. chopped fresh coriander (if available)<\/li>\n<li>1 teasp. sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Serves 4<\/p>\n<h2>To Cook<\/h2>\n<p>Heat half the oil in a wok or pan.\u00a0Stir-fry the beans with onion, garlic, pepper and chilli until just tender. Remove from the wok. Add remaining oil. Stir-fry steak in two lots to avoid the juices running from the meat. Return the bean mixture to the wok or pan. Add the oyster sauce, coriander and sugar.
