Our Angus sirloin makes perfect steaks for the pan, grill or BBQ.

This is superior beef, grass-fed on our Tipperary farm, dry aged in the traditional way for incredible flavour. Your steaks are hand-cut to order by our craftsman butchers and arrive ready to cook to succulent perfection.

Whether you choose to cook these beauties on a BBQ, grill or frying pan, they simply need to be seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked for a few minutes on each side.
