Round Steak Mince
This is no ordinary mince. Ground from premium, dry aged Angus round steak, it is high in flavour, increadibly tender and incomparably rich.
A home-made burger made using this mince is an epicurian treat for the BBQ or grill. This meat also makes fantastic meat loaf, bolognese, shepards pie and other dishes where the richness, quality and flavour of the beef carries the meal.
