Our farm
We breed our own cattle, taking care of them throughout their lives to ensure our meat is the best slow,dry aged beef for tenderness, texture, flavour, moisture and taste. We originally did everything on our own farm and abattoir, but nowadays as our business has grown some of our neighbour’s rear our cattle also to our exacting practices.

We set the highest standards and our goal is to breed the best beef and present it with elegance and flair.We define quality by evaluating the place, process, ingredients, freshness, moisture, safety, taste, nutritional value and appearance of all of the products we carry.
