Video Guide: Chicken Spatchcock

Have you ever wondered how to spatchcock a chicken – or what spatchcocking even is? This video shows you how to dress and split a chicken for roasting or for broiling on a spit. Once spatchcocked, you can also use two skewers, running them through the thigh and then diagonally through the breast and wing to secure the legs, to create a very impressive BBQ kebab!
